SC - Sustitutions for Walnuts-OOP

I need a bit of help from the experienced cooks on the list.  After one of 
the most unpleasant 5 days of my life I have found out that I am allergic to 
walnuts and pecans.  I have a few recipes that I like to make that call for 
walnuts that aren't quite the same without them and I am having a hard time 
thinking of a good substitute.  Can anyone on the list offer suggestions?
