Melbrigda suggested trying to find books through Powell's, and the reason I
did not suggest that is that they list through ABEbooks.  The advantage of
the latter is that it is not one bookshop, but a compendium of independent
bookshops all over the world.  (I just scored an extremely rare knitting
book from a shop in England at a lovely price, even with shipping to USA!)
Something like an electronic mall for booksellers.

PS:  I got both of mine at a local secondhand shop for under $4.00 each.
Had worked in a museum bookshop that had them when in high school but lacked
the money for things I did not, at the time, think I needed.  I joined the
SCA about four years later, by which time they were sold out.
