Hey, no fair, you with your preternatural archivist's memory...
I will say, though, that it's a fairly common tactic in the non-strict
form of debate/rhetoric to assume that the burden of proof is always on
the other guy, no matter which side you're on, and that can be frustrating.
Not having seen the site, though, I can't say whether their lack of hard
info is irresponsible or merely, um, relaxed.
