2 15th cent cookery books (was Re: SC - King's and Queen's Taste)

My opinion?  If you feel you need it, would like to have it and think you'll use it, then it's not too much!  I haven't really been able to find this anywhere else and have only a Xeroxed copy of
these, so I don't know.  I do know that I paid something like $85 for my copy of "Dining with William Shakespeare"!
