SC - Popcorn Hearts (Was YGHH)

Well, you know  those undersize fried shrimp you find
on bad seafood buffets....extrapolize!   As I always said,
"Parts is parts."  Once upon a time, in the "classic' era
(that's just after the Jurassic), here in the South you could 
buy a container of fresh chicken hearts just like you can
still buy chicken liver.  Battered and fried, I adored them.
But ALAS, they switched packaging and you only get hearts
mixed in prepacks with gizzards (mostly gizzards) and they
are too expensive to buy just for the hearts.  I have to look
at markdown sale items for packs with a fair number of 
heart to gizzard ratio (HTGR) to occasionally treat myself
with this dainty.  Another organ items I like from chickens
are the kidneys hidden in the back piece under the bone
blade and the Pope's nose.
