Al-Baghdadi is the first book in A Collection of Medieval and Renaissance 
Cookbooks, Vol. 1; edited by His Grace Duke Sir Cariadoc of the Bow. This 
section and the Book of the Beloved in the second volume have been my primary 
sources for 13th century Middle Eastern recipes for many years. His third 
volume, The Miscellany, does not contain these manuscripts.
