Good evening Kiri,
    If it happens on Monday I'll be there... if on Tuesday I'll have to
miss it, I'll be at work.  I live abouit 40 minutes from Pensic and I am
taking a few days off work otherwise I'll be in and out in the evenings
after work.  I'm going to try for a long weekend Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon
so I sould be in camp on the 14th.  I don't know that I'll have much to
add to the discussion as I'm pretty new to medeival cooking but I would
love to hear everyone's ideas.
