Depends on your focus. The manuscripts are both located in Cariadoc's 
Collection of Medieval and Renaissance Cookbooks for a quarter the cost and 
you get many cookbooks  for the price of one. If math is the issue, Cariadoc 
always is my first recommendation without a doubt.
