IN Sweden you have to kinds of pancakes: thin and oven. The thin ones
are like crepes, the oven ones are -- often -- filled with pork (i.e.
"unsliced bacon" type stuff) diced and fried. Neither type is normally
served for breakfast. 

Yes, I can -- will -- provide recipies, but not while at work.
