SC - Period recipes on "Emeril Live!"

On Sunday's shows on the Food Channel, Emeril is doing "Medieval Cuisine"
and three recipes are featured at www.foodtv.com.  Unfortunately, only the
Pottage is credited originally to a period source (Platina -
http://www.foodtv.com/recipes/re-c1/0,1724,11061,00.html).  The other two --
white bread and Maids of Honour -- come from "The Medieval Cookbook" and
"The Good Fare and Cheer of Old England" (adapted), respectively.

Air times are 8:00pm and 11:00pm Eastern -- adjust for your local timezone.
