Not that I know of. Anyone with Windows on their machine has Outlook also. 
However, some servers like AOL use their own e-mail programming instead of 
Outlook. If you don't use Outlook or if your server uses another e-mail 
delivery program, you will not get the virus. 

BTW, your post to the list also had the attachment "File:  SCWhatto.zip (3464 
bytes) DL Time (31200 bps): < 1 minute" attached to it. Perhaps you are using 
Outlook unknowingly and are infected already...............
