Sorry, I have no more copies. 

Since people have been discussing it, Boydell & Brewer are supposed to be 
handling a new release of "Two Fifteenth Century Cookbooks", but they just 
changed their release date to June.

Also, the book on Japanese food history has been delayed again.  They were 
saying May 15th, but now they are saying "Summer".
