We are now in the process of raising hell with the publisher. More copies
are supposed to be available in August. God only know why they (the
publisher) let it go out of print so soon. Hopefully we will find out (we
have made inquiries to various places, including the publisher and the
distributor) but don't hold your breath. That is all I can say. I am only
the lead author, the last to know about anything.

My apologies to any one impacted by all this. What I have to say about the
whole thing cannot be expressed in words (and I can swear in at least 10
languages.. .) Paul D. Buell
