A number of state library consortiums and even local libraries have
purchased networked licenses for their institutions/groups to the web
version; others plan to subscribe. I would suggest calling your local and
state libraries and inquiring whether they are working on such and if not,
urge them to. The online version is much easier to use and is being
continously updated.
