I know I'm opening a kettle of fish, but at what point does a feast =
contain just too much food?

I've worked on some feasts that had loads of food and lots of leftovers =
and some that had lilttle=20
food and no leftovers, of course I've seen opposite examples of both =
here.

I'm curious because in a Platina based  MEAL he says to eat sparingly =
once or twice a day.

Just curious as to what the reigning opinions are.
