meat, no dairy.  A

Unless they were making it to go with a "milk" meal.
Then they could use cows milk, and they'd need to make
sure the margarine didn't have any meat products or by
products in it, or use butter.  I'm not Jewish or 7th
Day adventist,, but I have cooked for friends who are
both, and they keep kosher as much as possible. And
that's how they explained it to me.
