Glad you got your box.  Yes, the measuring spoons are included in the set.  
I think it's quite a deal for $1.00.  I stuck my set of spoons in my site 
cooking bin and took my better set out.

As for me, a lot of 12th Night shopping is done.  Little white boxes 
decorated with perogie recipes!
