I've not a ton of time, but really quick, I'd like to suggest two places
for you to look at Phlip.

First, www.ansteorra.org, in their lists section. They're
a clearing house for more than just the cooks list. A darn
fine thing for that kingdom to be so helpful with.

Second, www.egroups.com, under the Living History
label, should have a TON of groups. I've trolled through
the list personally many times.
