My, my!  First weekend of deer season and already
I have two fat bucks hanging in the barn.  According to
the Tennessee Wildlife Office, deer outnumber people
in my county by more than 2 to 1!  The tasty varmints are
everywhere.  I hope I dont grow weary of sauteed fresh
liver and sliced hart heart sandwiches this week.  There are
a few oddiments though, that I have never gotten around to
actually cooking.  Any recipes or advice would be appreciated.
Is spleen cooked just like liver?
What is the best way to cook fries (testicles)?
Any suggestions for preparing kidneys?
Tongue?
I would ask about the culinary virtues of lung but both shots
managed to turn them into a bloody mush.
