Ah, just wait Ras, it is already being worked on. Already we have magazines 
that are coming out sans perfume samplers, with coupons to send in if you 
want to try a fragrance, rather than just auto put them in. It wasn't done 
because it saved money, it was done because of the outcry against the odors 
causing breathing difficulty and asthma attacks in people. 

Ciggerette banning started in the same subtle way. I, myself, have severe 
asthma and would be uncomfortable around smokers and perfume bathed folks. 
But I just move now.
