In Bright Hills this discussion has come up and some of the autocrats of 
certain events held at certain outdoors (woods) sites have pretty much 
decided to list the event as a smoke free event.  Anyone who MUST smoke will 
have to either leave the site or go to one, and only one, indoor area.  We 
shall see.
