SC - OT-12th century reference list

This is not food-related, but I have gotten several 'met too!' requests
to 12th century reference materials, etc. (in the aftermath of the
U.T.Holmes citation). I've started compiling a list but it is looking to
be REALLY LONG. So what I will do, is when I have it done, I'll post
notice on-list, and whoever wants it can mail me privately and I'll send
it to them rather than take up bandwidth :-)
