Hi all, I just purchased a pheasant, but having never cooked one before, I was wondering if anyone had any recipies that they would be willing to share. It doesnt need to be period. I do have a peach sauce that I was thinking of perhaps basting it with. Would that be something that would go well with pheasant? Thanks, Ilia
