SC - manual ? #4, #5

It just occurred to me to ask this for some reason. Is anyone posting the
Manual somewhere online? Or putting together a pamphlet? The other
translations of the manual that got posted (and to the Medieval Spain
list) did they get published somewhere? I'd like to get them all in one
place eventually, but I'm a little short on time and won't be going thru
the archives to cut and past everything into a file. :)
