I've had good results from this recipe.

	Kentucky fried chicken
	3 lbs of cut-up chicken
2 pkgs good seasons italian salad dressing mix (used dry)
  	3 Tbsp of flour
	2 Tsp salt
1/4 c lemon juice (or vinegar)
	2 t margarine
Spread this paste evenly over chicken. Cover/refrigerate for 2
hrs or overnight. Heat 3" of oil 425 degrees. 2 cups of milk or club
soda or beer in bowl & dip each piece. Dust lightly with pancake flour.
Dry pieces for a few minutes. Fry. Place on broiler pan and bake
uncovered 350 degrees for 30 min.
