My family always called them "Ranch Eggs".
I went to visit Selene a little while ago and made these for breakfast.
Unfortunately, Gunthar the Cooking God managed to wreck three in
a row. I managed to make one right when I realized that I hadn't been
using enough fat. But there was a lot of "Oops! Honey, I'll eat this one."
sigh.
I never knew they were "Toad in the Hole".
