That's wonderful! I caught the last 15 minutes or so of that show last night so

I didn't see the part you mentioned. But I consider "Good Eats" the best show
on Food Network. It's too bad it is on so infrequently between the bazillion
Emeril Lagasse extravaganzas.

Alton Brown is a genius.
