Thanks Bear.  Where do you think I can get a copy of Marham?

Another question..a while back folks on the list suggested a book(s) "if you 
could only have one cookbook".  I was telling someone about the discussion 
but forgot the name of the book.  Help?

One more question..The Middle Eastern market I go to has unfiltered sour 
grape juice.  Do I have to filter this through coffee filters before using 
(as verejuice)?
