OK, here's my best shot at translating.

1.  Polvos para los dientes -- Tooth Powder

Cinco onzas de alabastro, y cuatro onzas de porcelana, y
seis onzas de azúcar fino, y una onza de coral blanco, y
otra de canela, y media de aljófar, y media de almizcle.
Todo hecho polvo.  Limpiarse los dientes con estos polvos y
enjuagarse la boca con vino blanco tibio.
5 oz. alabaster & 1/4 oz of porcelain, & 6 oz. of fine
sugar, and 1 oz. of white coral, & another of cinnamon, &
1/2 of pearl, & 1/2 of musk.  Make of all a powder.  Clean
the teeth with these powders and rinse the mouth with tepid
white wine.


2.  Pebetes de olor -- (can't find pebetes, but it seems to
be pebbles or little lumps, of scent)

Tres onzas de menjuí, una onza de estoraque, media onza de
ámbar, dos onzas de carbón de sauz muerto en agua de azahar,
una onza de goma de gante deshecha en agua almizclada,  
medio cuarto de almizcle, un cuarto de algalia, otro cuarto
de lináloe. Todas estas cosas molidas y pasadas por cedazo.
Pastarlas con agua almizclada y poner con ellas medio cuarto
de azúcar, y hecha la masa hacer los pebetes y secarlos a la
sombra.

3 oz. of (menjui, which is benjui, which is)laserpicio, 1 oz
of ?estoraque (some sort of tree gum), 1/2 oz of amber, 2
oz. of ? charred willow "killed" extinguished in orange
blossom water, 1 oz of musk, 1 quart of civet, another quart
of aloe vera.  Grind all these things and pass them through
a sieve/strainer.  ?Graze with ?musk water and put with them
half a quart of sugar, and make the mass into pebbles and
dry in the shade.

(couldn't find almizclada, but almizcle is musk.)
3.  Cazoleta de olor Scent pot

Una onza de menjuí, y media onza de estoraque, un cuarto de
onza de ámbar y otro de almizcle. Molidas todas estas cosas,
y puestas al fuego en una cazuelica con medio cuarto de
agua   almizclada y otro medio de algalia. Y dejarla al
fuego hasta que sea bebida el agua.

1 oz of Benjamin, & 1/2 oz of estoraque, 1/4 oz of amber and
another of musk.  Grind all these things, & put on the fire
in a little pot with 1/2 quart of musk water and another 1/2
of civet.  And leave it in the fire until it has drunk the
water (dried).
