SC - Restaurant name

[Olwen the Odd]

Does anyone have the correct name of that Colonial period restaurant in 
Philly.  I had it as the Royal Tavern, but I am mistaken.

We are planning a trip up there for the 18th and want to stop there for 
lunch.  I'm  hopeing some from the list can meet up with us there and then 
perhaps take in a shopping at Jomars fabric store.
