Hi Olaf, I think I have a recipe. Give me a few to look. I also have lots of wassail songs (OT I know) if that would help. Custom was that each town had its own wassail song that was sung during the holidays. that's why we have things like "Sommerset Wassail" "Glouster Wassail" etc. now. Serian
