I am using, as is evident from my e-mail addy, AOL. Depending on your point
of view, this is either an advantage or a disadvantage. On the advantage
side, I seldom receive messages that occur in both text format and HTML
format. On the down side, AOL offers no recourse to change the sending mode
from HTML to text. However, most of the lesser e-mail programs that you
mention do have the option of setting their program specifics to receive text
only. I would venture to say that given the limitations of my server it would
be far easier for those who are not associated with the largest NET server in
the world to change their e-mail status to 'Text only' than it is for I to
change mine since I do not have that option.

Unless someone on the list also uses AOL and can show me how to change my
settings then there is, unfortunately, no other alternative but for those who
do not subscribe to AOL (for whatever bizarre reasons) to change their
settings. Otherwise I will continue to post and those that have a problem
with my postings will have to ignore it. There is really no other alternative
so far as I know other than unsubscribing to this list which I am not
prepared under ANY circumstances to do at this time.
