No offence intended. I was merely remarking that most of the ISPs I 
have dealt with have been either incompetant or simply unwilling to 
help.  That does not extend to a lot of them I'm sure.  I simply 
don't trust ISPs as far as I could throw them when it comes to 
customer service.  Too many bad experiences probably.
