When you say soy, does that mean Soy Sauce as well? I have a yummy dish of
chicken, pineapple, ginger, wine and soy sauce. I know you said meat and
that fish and seafood is ok, but is chicken considered meat on the no list?

Guys...help!
I have to do a spot of cooking tomorrow (dinner for 7) and with the
following
list of allergies, I am stumpted at what to cook. It needs to be something
I
can throw in a crockpot all day or quick preparing and cooking (1hr from
when I
get home to table).
The list is: Meat (Fish and Seafood ok)
Gluten (No Wheat, oats, barley, etc)
Tomatoe (yes I know it's not period...)
Broccoli
Cod
Tuna
Milk (small amounts ok...)
Soy (yes I know it's not period...)
Any ideas folks?
Cheers,
Drake,
Lochac.
