My library just got a subscription to NetLibrary, and I was playing around
with it, and found this text which may or may not be of interest to
someone on this list:

_Reconstructing Ancient Maya Diet_ Edited by Christine D. White (Salt Lake

It is of course archeaological in scope so there are no recipes.
