There are 2 aspects to cooking a feast in the sca - the arts aspect, and 
the service aspect.

That feastocrat and their staff worked hard all day, and if their 
inexperience meant that the feast was bad, it's your job as someone with 
more knowledge to help them improve, not castigate them to ensure they 
never do it again.  How many of those formerly willing-if-inexperienced 
people are going to go back in the kitchen if they think that this is what 
they get for their trouble?

And if that person isn't reading this list, you've done nothing more then 
lower people on the sca-cooks list opinion of you and your handling of this 
matter.  Was that your intention?
