SC - I need an informed opinion

I don't know of any form. I simply keep track of the miles I travel in a travel
log and turn that over to my tax accountant.

So far as out and out donations (venison, gifts for auctions, etc.) I get the local
exchequer to simply write me a letter or a receipt detailing what the gift was and
the market value. My tax accountant has indicated that these are acceptable proofs
of donations.
