Now that must be an interesting award. Is that a grant for both
Arts and Service?

Don't worry. When I got my Star at Pennsic this year, the herald
had a slight tongue slip and I was awarded the Star of Melvin.

But I think the worst is when I elevated Richard Fairborne
to the order of the Laurel. Unfortunately he was recieving his
Pelican.
