SC - new CA & typos

Hello!

I just want to thank Dame Alys publicly for all her hard work on the new CA
about period food coloring agents. It was all her idea & grew from her
webpage on the same subject. If not for her efforts, this would still be an
unfinished file in my computer. Thanks also to Karen Donnelly and all the
other people who contributed to the article.

A few typos crept into the new CA at the typesetters.

All my nice little yoghs [3] were replaced by little circles. Strangely,
the thorns [th] were unaffected.

Also, endnote #26 should be #25, and #26 is labelled #265.
