I have a mediocre xerox  copy of this book, gifted to me many many years 
ago--possibly by Lord El Two-Knives, or possibly by my sister (who attended 
Univ Wisc grad school.)  If gentles in the NYC area wish to examine it, they 
can contact me (718)853-8121 and we can try to arrange a mutually convenient 
time/place.  Sadly, I will not be at Lady Andrea's EKU this Sat due to 
bronchitis (cough hack)
