I LOVE caviar (with goat cheese, of course I like anything with goat cheese) 
and CAN NOT understand two things here.  1.)  Why do companies insist on 
making fake meat products and 2.) why do vegetarians buy and eat something 
that looks like meat.  I just don't get it.
