No need to apologize. From your posts, so far on the subject, it appears as 
if 'hats' are interpreting Corpora in a manner inconsistent with what is 
actually written. What is written is that ALL members are considered to be 
nobility? There is little room for interpretive opinions among hats or titled 
persons, IMO, given that Corpora does not differentiate in the manner you 
seem to think is correct.

This is not a dismissal of your viewpoint entirely since I realize that 
oftentimes local customs seem to override Corpora but the bottom line is that 
none of the levels and criteria you seem to suggest as 'true' occur in 
Corpora. What justification do you have for these interpretations? Or more to 
the point, what justification through official documents do you have which 
would support your stance?
