Paprika and Oregano (was Re: SC - Pumpkins and such...)

Mistress Christianna included in her recipe for "Christianna's World Famous
Pumpkin Seeds":

> Salt, Pepper, Hungarian Paprika, Granulated Garlic

this may be a silly question, but what's the difference (besides where they
come from, of course) between Hungarian Paprika and Spanish Paprika and
between "Mexican Oregano" and what is normally labled simply as "Oregano"
in the spice section of the grocery store.
