for 20 to 80 fighters everyday for the two weeks of Pennsic? Which is the 
parameter we are trying to satisfy.

How big a truck do you drive to transport that much soup in glass jars?  
Enough powdered soup will fit in a grocery sack or two at most.

How long did it take you to prep all that soup in advance? The powdered soup 
requires no at home prep besides shopping, the Soup Kitchen volunteers 
aren't cooks so much as servers.
