Have you tried steaming the pumpkin? When I steamed the pumpkin, rather
than boiling, I got a better texture and color than when I boiled. Next
time, I may try baking one and steaming one, then making the pies to see
which method produces the orangest outcome. I'll let you know.. Leanna
