Pumkin Ravioli's!
Mix 1 cup precooked pumkin and mash in processer with a tad of ground
cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and just a smidge of allspice. Don't worry about
the exact amounts of the spices, it is to taste. Make pasta (or cheat and
buy wonton wrappers!) spoon a teaspoon on to the middle of each square,
moisten edges, and seal the top layer of pasta/wrapper. Be sure to gently
press the air out first, but leave a nice mounded shape to the filling. Drop
into gently simmering water for a few minutes, until they float, and scoop
out with a slotted spoon. These are great with a simple sauce of butter (not
margarine) and sage, but I prefer to add a little heavy cream to the sauce
first.
Then again, there is always pumpkin pie!
