Jadwiga Zajaczkowa pointed to a possible source for medieval
price and wage comparisons:

If someone wants to get down to this level of research, perhaps
some of the files in the Florilegium might be of use. However, much
of the data, in and out of the Florilegium is fragmented and covers
large sections of time and space which adds additional complications.
Anyway, in the COMMERCE section:
p-prices-msg (51K) 11/27/99 Prices for medieval items.
p-prices-srcs-art (11K) 5/10/00 "A review of useful sources for
Period
Prices" by Lord Anton de Stoc.
In the ANIMALS section:
animal-prices-msg (9K) 3/27/00 Animal prices and worth in period.
