SC - Cucumber jokes (again - but period this time)

And, using yet another innocuous item...this time a piece of fruit...I once knew
a woman who refused to eat a banana by pulling the peel back and eating it by
hand. She said that was indecent, so she peeled it, laid the "nekkid" banana on
her plate and ate it with a knife and fork. Her daughter belonged to our barony
for a while, and it took us about 3 years to get her to come out of her
shell...wonder why???????

PS: Obligatory food content: There are several Japanese recipes for cucumbers
pickled in a solution of vingar, water, salt and pepper...add a dash of sugar
(which they cover by using mirin, a sweetish rice wine vinegar), and you have
the way my mom (and I) usually serve cukes! So far as the bananas are
concerned, try dipping them in Nutella!!
