Chiles Relleno: "Relleno" means (extremely)well-filled (the prefix "re"
having various meanings, one of them being "extremely" and the root
"lleno" meaning full.) Therefore, the phrase refried beans (frijoles
refritos) actually is a mistranslation: they are only fried once, not
twice. However, they are well-fried or extremely fried.
Therefore if I am feeling "re bien", it means I'm feeling very good.
