SC - Syrup of Lemons

Take equal parts lemon juice and sugar.  Dissolve the sugar in the lemon
juice.  Heat at low heat to a simmer until the mixture becomes a clear
syrup.   Cool and bottle.

That's how I did it with limes.  YMMV
